Welcome to Rooted Work. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of RootedWork.com, a job board dedicated to connecting agricultural workers and employers across the United States. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Website.

Eligibility

Rooted Work is intended for users who are at least 18 years old or have obtained legal permission from a guardian. Users must provide accurate and lawful information and agree to use the Website in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

User Accounts

To access certain features, users must create an account. Employers must provide a valid business name and contact details. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials and are liable for all activity conducted under their account. Rooted Work is not responsible for unauthorized account access.

Job Listings and Applications

Employers are responsible for ensuring that all job postings contain accurate and relevant details, including job title, required qualifications, compensation structure, employment type (full-time, part-time, seasonal, gig work), and location. Misleading, fraudulent, or illegal job postings are strictly prohibited and may be removed at our discretion.

Job seekers must provide truthful information in their applications and resumes. Rooted Work does not guarantee employment and is not involved in hiring decisions. Employers and job seekers are solely responsible for verifying the legitimacy of postings and applications.

Subscription Plans and Payments

Employers must purchase a subscription to post jobs on the Website. Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe or PayPal and are available in the following tiers:
• Basic ($20/month): Includes 5 active job postings with standard visibility.
• Standard ($50/month): Includes 15 active job postings with enhanced visibility.
• Premium ($100/month): Includes unlimited job postings and featured listings for maximum exposure.

Subscriptions are automatically renewed monthly unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

Refund and Return Policy
• Subscription Refunds: Employers may request a full refund within three (3) days of the initial subscription purchase. After three days, subscriptions are non-refundable.
• Resume Highlight Refunds: All resume highlight purchases are final and non-refundable once applied to a profile.

Refund requests must be sent to rootedwork1@gmail.com within the three-day window.

Resume Highlight Feature

Job seekers may purchase a resume highlight feature for increased visibility. This feature enhances their profile in employer search results but does not guarantee employment. All resume highlight purchases are non-refundable.

Prohibited Conduct

Users are prohibited from posting fraudulent job listings, providing false information, spamming other users, attempting to manipulate the Website’s functionality, or engaging in any activity that violates local, state, or federal laws. Rooted Work reserves the right to suspend or ban users who engage in prohibited conduct.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Rooted Work is provided on an “as-is” basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee employment or the accuracy of job postings. Employers and job seekers use the Website at their own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rooted Work is not liable for any disputes, lost opportunities, or damages arising from the use of the Website.

Privacy Policy

By using Rooted Work, you acknowledge and agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

Modifications to Terms

Rooted Work may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes must be resolved through arbitration in San Antonio, Texas.
